Description:
The screw of the twin-screw extruder adopts a cooling system for cooling to avoid excessive friction temperature of the screw. The machine barrel adopts an air-cooled system for cooling, making maintenance convenient. According to the requirements of different user formulas, configure the screw with the most reasonable structure to achieve the best plasticizing effect and logistics quality. The drive motor, gearbox, and screw center are aligned for easy maintenance. The distribution box is specially designed with an extra large thrust bearing. The bearing is imported from the original equipment, which has a long transmission life and can withstand greater extrusion pressure. Equipped with a forced feeding system, the feeding and extrusion speeds are balanced and consistent.

3. Payment terms

30% of the total contract value should be paid in advance(by T/T). 70% of the total contract value is to be paid upon the inspection and acceptance of the machine by the Buyer at the Seller's factory(by T/T).

4. Delivery terms:
When the contract becomes valid, the machine should be delivered in 60 days since receipt of the advance payment (the delivery date is the date on the shipment voucher, excluding the period of transportation). And the equipment will be in normal operation after debugging within two weeks after arrival.

5. Warranty terms:
Guarantee for one year (excluding human factor and wearing parts) warranty, begins at time of start up at factory site of customer.

6. Inspection :
After the machine is completed, the seller should notify the buyer to inspect before delivery, and the seller guarantees that all the goods sold are of good quality. The seller does not bear the material cost of the machine inspection in the seller's factory. The buyer should come to the seller's factory for inspection.

7. Installation and equipment debugging:
If the buyer needs it, the seller should send a team of technicians to the buyer's factory for full-line operation of installation and testing, and the buyer should lift the price of the entire food/location and group purchase information (aircraft, food, hotel, etc.), and charge the engineer 150 USD/day/engineer's cost.
